Service was very good. Yuki and Fair at the front desk were warm and welcoming. Great service from all the staff I encountered. Clean rooms and reasonably priced.

The room is clean, but the pillow smells 🚬 , thanks there were more 3 pillows without smells.

This was a great hotel to stay in in Zhengzhou. The staff were professional, friendly and always helpful. The room was clean and had everything that we needed, although if it had an iron we would have appreciated it. The extra touches such as complimentary water and WiFi made it very convenient. We had their buffet breakfast on the last day of our stay and that was also pretty good. Lots of variety and not too crowded. The food was fresh and tasty. We will definitely stay there again

第一次來鄭州出差，選擇這家酒店，位於南三環邊，從機場一路高架過來，很方便，酒店停車場很大，停車沒問題，入住時前台小姐姐服務熱心，房間乾淨整潔，床鋪很解壓，早餐豐盛，吃飽沒問題，整體來説都很滿意，下次入住還會選擇。

這家酒店服務必須給個好評，提前兩天前台就有人主動聯繫我，確認入住時間，入住人員情況，發送酒店地址，主動詢問自駕是否充電等等，突然就感覺在異地多了一些温暖，就好像有熟人和朋友一樣，入住當天提前還送了水果和小童用品。周邊購物吃飯很方便，尤其表揚一下前台的琳琳，從訂房，入住到退房服務都很貼心周到，下次來鄭州還會住這裏。

房間的温馨如同和風細雨般灑落心田；服務的周到細緻猶如晨曦微露時的温暖問候。清晨的第一頓早餐也分外誘人——一碗熱騰騰的胡辣湯下肚，身心俱暖。（〃'▽'〃）
