Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit einer überaus freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Staff. Das Frühstück allein ist schon den Aufenthalt wert! Immer wieder sehr, sehr gerne! Ich möchte mich nochmal bei allen bedanken und ich werde wiederkommen. Versprochen!

Well, Palma was love at first sight but Puro definitely made it GRAND. Located in the delightful maze of lanes in the now considerably upscale Old Town, the hotel was the perfect base for my week stay in this gorgeous city. An atmosphere of quiet charm pervades this historic building, which was obviously a royal private residence in the past. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious and the little extras like a welcoming drink and daily chocolates much appreciated. But above all, it was the staff that truly made an impression on me. Camila, Luciano, Natalia and Anna at reception were always friendly and helpful. And Gabriela in the dining room was a delight. I shall definitely return, hopefully in the near future.

The Puro Grand is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Superbly decorated, a chilled atmosphere and only 16 bedrooms. Lovely courtyard with Olive trees to have a drink or food in. The hotel is well positioned for the cities main sights. Bedroom was a good size with everything you could ever need. The breakfast could be a la carte or help your self from the buffet, plenty of choice. Cava available with breakfast too! Staff were very helpful and attentive without being overbearing. I’m sure we will return.

Beautiful hotel in the centre of Palma. Staff are so accommodating and welcoming. There is an air of relaxation in the hotel and luxury. The beds and bedlinen are some of the comfiest I have ever had. I did not want to leave. The breakfast is great with lots of choice. We decided to upgrade ourselves to a suit and it was a fabulous room. A lovely little terrace, tonnes of space and wardrobes and a very generous bathroom. A really beautiful room overall. The hairdryer is one of the few I have ever experienced in a hotel that is actually powerful, you do not have to hold down a button and it still had its nozzle. A nice touch. Everything is catered for at this hotel i would highly recommend it

Would highly recommend this boutique hotel ! Good value for the quality you get. Fantastic location, great atmosphere in the heart of Palma. Not to mention the breakfast which was also excellent and professional and attentive staff. Cava on arrival.

Just spent a wonderful 4 nights at the Puro Grand. The room was amazing, nice little touches, Nespresso coffee machine, flowers, fabulous toiletries. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with a choice of A La Carte or buffet. Staff were attentive and friendly. Would highly recommend.

This is a super hotel in the centre of Palma Old Town. We arrived very early and after a welcome glass of prosecco on the rooftop we set off to explore. The wonderful Anna on reception gave us a call when our room was ready and we returned through the narrow streets to the hotel. The room was lovely and there were lots of little touches that made the hotel seem very special. We were there for one night only but left feeling that we'd love to return.

This hotel was super cool and quirky. Like a labyrinth of cool spots including the cute ( albeit small) roof terrace sunbathing area. Staff were friendly , helpful and everyone was good-looking ( ha ha )! The free shuttle to the beach club out of town was fab! Loved the afternoon spent there / very cool! breakfast in hotel was fabulous. Sooooo much choice. Bar was stylish and quirky too . Definitely coming back x

A beautiful hotel, very close to the cathedral and many restaurants. Lovely staff, who were so helpful. The room was very comfortable, with a pretty outside patio area. The bed was luxurious, we had the best sleep ever. The cleaners were excellent and kept the room spotless. All the staff were lovely. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning and dined a few times in the evening, which was exquisite.
